  Technician came to look at our gas fireplace, quickly fixed a problem, explained the cause and gave clear instructions on avoiding it in the future. Very efficient service and a very pleasant tech.

  We had Wright’s come out while we were in the process of buying a home to clean and inspect our chimney. We were told everything looked good so we closed on the house 2 weeks later. About a month later after having them inspect the chimney we get an email saying it is unsafe to use and for us not to use it, but they can fix it for $7500-$15,000!!!! They never called to warn us, just sent an email. We called multiple times and never got an answer so we had to take time out of our workday to visit their store and figure out what’s going on. They said it was due to miscommunication on their part, but it is now a huge issue we will have to eventually pay for when we could have got the previous owners to fix it before moving in. They didn’t even try to offer to help fix this major issue unless we paid them thousands of dollars.

  As a new homeowner I accidentally broke a part of my ventless gas fireplace and I didnt know who had installed it. I stopped by Wrights and explained to a gentleman( I think his name was tony or tim) what i was looking for. He recommended the right replacement part and when i got it home it worked perfectly. I looked online later and his price was actually better than i found at some online retailers and he was very helpful on explaining everything. Definitely will use Wright's again.
