    My whole family came in for an upgrade... we were helped within 5 minutes of being there. Jessica was an INCREDIBLE help in the entire process. She worked step by step with all of us, maintaining a great attitude even though we were there way longer than expected. She stayed extra time with us even after the store had closed to help finish the process. Great experience overall!
