  I went into the Arden, NC store on Airport Rd. #306. on 5/18/17. Transaction #32761. I was overcharged and they ran my card before I noticed. When I pointed it out, they went to check the price and agreed they had overcharged me. However they couldn't void the charge or credit it. They said they would give me the difference. The guy handling it, couldn't figure out the difference and his coworker didn't want to help at all, so they told me I could come back tomorrow to get my difference. This is TOTALLY unacceptable. I was told I could come back and see the manager, Jim Berger. Some manager. I asked for his number and they wouldn't give it to me so I could resolve this without making another trip. I won't go back and I will make sure that no one that I know will go there either. I wonder how much is made ripping people off like this. Wouldn't give them one star if I could have helped it.
