  Their price match policy is too rigid and too much of a hassle to use. I bought a $45 product at the physical store. I live about an hour away from the store and when I get home I look online and see that their is a competitor that sells it for about $25. I know they have a low price guarantee so I call them, but they tell me over the phone that I have to come back to the physical store to get the price match. I told them that is not helpful to me. I am not driving a 2 hour round trip. They didn't budge on their policy. I ended up just ordering it for the better price online at a different store and returning it to Dick's a month later when I was back in the area.

  My wife and i were set to run the local Turkey Trot the next day, and my wife informed me my running pants made me look like a hillbilly. She informed me that I would be purchasing new pants before the run. Now, I'm an impatient person, and I'm not a great shopper. I like to walk into a store knowing what I want, and then making a speedy purchase. Dick's allowed me to do just that. Really enjoyed the layout of this store. Everything was real easy to find and purchase. Once I found a pair of reasonably priced pants I liked, my wife immediately directed me to ones she preferred better. They were $30 more expensive, of course. After trying them on in their roomy dressing rooms, I made my purchase. Not a long line. Very friendly staff. It's been two days later, and while I still think the pants are over priced, I must admit they are very comfy. I'll be wearing the pants often, and I'll return to Dick's to buy more pants in the future.

  Just about everything for every sporting activity. So much to see and consider, seriously, make your visit leisurely! Clean, well organized, good lighting, helpful staff. The checkout is unusual, and there can be a bit of a wait at times. But so worth it to find those things you need...
